Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Brown turkey, onion, and garlic in a skillet.
- Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, and basil.
- Mix ricotta, egg, spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer noodles, turkey mixture, and ricotta mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
