Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with ranch seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds in a microwave or pan.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and serve.
