Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Pour in beer and mix well.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dip is smooth and heated through.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
