Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a soft dough.
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each bread for 2 minutes per side.
- Top with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, cumin, and paprika.
- Serve warm.
