Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Blend dates, almonds, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut in a food processor.
- Add coconut oil, peppermint extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
