Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired dipping consistency.
- Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
