Description

A festive and healthy noodle bowl with potstickers, perfect for Christmas. Packed with flavor and nutrients, it’s a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack (12 oz) potstickers
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  6. Return the noodles and potstickers to the pan. Pour the sauce over and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Swap potstickers for dumplings if preferred.
  • Adjust spice level by reducing or omitting red pepper flakes.
  • Use tamari for a gluten-free option.
