A healthy bread made with protein powder, perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
