Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 8 small whole wheat tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season shrimp and steak with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
- Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.
- Warm tortillas in the pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, steak, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
