Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread lightly.
- Layer spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese on two slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Grill in a pan until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
