Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, coffee, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
