Ingredients

- 12 mini whole wheat tortillas or crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread pizza sauce on mini tortillas or crackers.
- Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
