Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef mixture.
  4. Stir in condensed cheddar cheese soup and milk until well combined.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters and place half at the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the beef mixture and remaining biscuit pieces.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
