A comforting and creamy chicken and spinach casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach if fresh isn’t available.
- Add cooked pasta for a heartier dish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
