A quick and flavorful creamy garlic chicken wrap, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken, slice into strips, and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Warm tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave.
- Divide chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes among tortillas.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a faster option.
- Add hot sauce for extra spice.
