Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and pork in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Spread half of the hash browns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Layer half of the meat mixture over the hash browns, followed by half of the cheese.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining hash browns, meat mixture, and cheese.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
