Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach—thaw and drain excess water first.
- Adjust garlic powder to taste.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
