Description

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Toss wings in the spice mix until evenly coated.
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, leave wings uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour before baking.
