Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (500g)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat fish fillets in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain fish on paper towels.
- Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos with fish and mango salsa.
