Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush or spray the taquitos lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
