Description
A sweet and savory ham slow-cooked with brown sugar and pineapple for a tender, flavorful dish.
Ingredients
- 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, juice reserved
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (reserved from can)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Place ham in the crock pot.
- Mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, and cloves in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over ham.
- Arrange pineapple slices on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Baste ham with juices occasionally.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use spiral-cut ham for easier serving.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing brown sugar if preferred.
