Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir in cheddar cheese.
- Serve hot.
