Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  4. Pour chicken broth over everything.
