A delicious and easy slow-cooked chicken dish with creamy cheese and bacon.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese and ranch seasoning on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks and mix well.
- Stir in bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Serve warm.
