Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Transfer sausage mixture to the crockpot.
- Add potatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream before serving.
