Description
A simple and delicious crockpot meal featuring tender beef, creamy ranch sauce, and cheese-filled tortellini.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the beef.
- Pour beef broth and heavy cream into the crockpot.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in tortellini and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Serve warm.

- Use refrigerated tortellini for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
