A hearty and flavorful one-pot meal featuring cubed steak, cabbage, sausage, and potatoes cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Place cubed steak, sausage, potatoes, cabbage, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
