Description

Make tender and flavorful French dip sandwiches in your crockpot with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 French rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese


Instructions

  1. Place beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the beef with two forks.
  5. Toast the French rolls and top with shredded beef and provolone cheese.
  6. Serve with the cooking juices for dipping.
