Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place beef bites and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
