A creamy and flavorful pasta dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, cooked conveniently in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to the crockpot.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir.
- Cook for another 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Pasta may thicken upon standing—add a splash of broth if needed.
