A creamy and flavorful pasta dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, cooked conveniently in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Add minced garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Shred chicken and return to the crockpot.
