Description
A creamy and spicy pasta dish combining jalapeño poppers with chicken and bacon.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Mix shredded chicken, bacon, and cooked pasta.
- Serve warm.
