Description

Tender and flavorful pork ribs cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from ribs and cut into individual portions.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat ribs evenly with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place ribs in the slow cooker and add water to the bottom.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  6. Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sear ribs in a pan before slow cooking.
