Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown chicken legs on all sides.
- Place onion and garlic in the crockpot.
- Add chicken legs, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes.
