Description
A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip made in a crockpot for easy serving.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated through and creamy, serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Drain spinach and artichokes well to avoid excess moisture.
