A rich and creamy cheesecake ball infused with Reese’s peanut butter cups, perfect for parties or as a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips.
- Shape mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Roll the ball in graham cracker crumbs before serving.
