Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable broth and water in a pot over medium heat.
- Add bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, and bamboo shoots.
- Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
