Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Cajun sausage
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and eggs to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then rest for 30 minutes.
