Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and pasta to the crockpot.
- Pour beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
