Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter served with creamy parmesan pasta shells.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and steak bites back to the pan. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor
- Adjust steak doneness to your preference
- Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce thickness if needed
