Description

Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter served with creamy parmesan pasta shells.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked pasta and steak bites back to the pan. Toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor
  • Adjust steak doneness to your preference
  • Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce thickness if needed
