A simple and healthy recipe for air-fried cinnamon sweet potatoes. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve warm.

- Cut sweet potatoes into even-sized cubes for uniform cooking.
