Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups whole grain bread cubes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, bread cubes, celery, and onion in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk chicken broth, yogurt, garlic powder, thyme, pepper, and salt.
- Pour wet mixture over chicken mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
