Description
Make crispy sweet potato chips at home for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and thinly slice sweet potatoes (1/8 inch thick).
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange slices in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip chips, then bake 10 more minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Slice potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
- Watch closely during last 5 minutes to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
