Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
- In another bowl, whisk heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Swap broccoli for cauliflower if preferred.
