Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use unflavored protein powder for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a vegan version, replace eggs with flax eggs and Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
