A nutritious and protein-packed bread made with protein powder, perfect for a healthy diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
