Description
A flavorful seafood dish combining salmon with a crab and shrimp stuffing.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix crab, shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet.
- Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
