Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag (10 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half the crushed Doritos.
- Spread the hash browns evenly over the Doritos.
- Pour the seasoned beef over the hash browns.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
- Add the remaining Doritos and top with sour cream, onions, tomatoes, and olives.
- Finish with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra spice, use spicy Doritos or add jalapeños.
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
