Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas

- 1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add optional toppings like bell peppers and onions.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
