Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add crumbled bacon, garlic butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika to the beef. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
