Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in corn muffin mix, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
