Description
A quick and creamy pasta salad with chicken and Caesar dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, pasta, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add romaine lettuce and croutons. Toss gently.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker prep.
- Add extra Parmesan for more flavor.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
